The Veg Biriyani Company was floated by a small circle of foodies on a single, stubborn mission — to craft the most mouth-watering vegetarian biriyani in the South. A biriyani so layered, so fragrant, so honestly cooked, that even devoted non-veg biriyani lovers reach for a second helping without thinking twice.
Our recipe is not from a single town. It is a careful blend of three great Southern biriyani traditions — the bold heat and spice of Andhra, the delicate fragrance and ghee-soft rice of Karnataka, and the deep, slow-built masala of Tamil Nadu. We tested, tasted and re-tested for months until each grain carried all three voices in harmony.
Every handi is cooked fresh to order in a spotless, modern cloud kitchen. Vegetables arrive each morning, masalas are ground in small batches, and every dish is prepared only in cold pressed ground nut oil and pure ghee — never reused, never compromised. No preservatives. No artificial colour. No yesterday's rice.
Three biriyanis. One gravy. One sweet. Two raithas. We chose to do seven things — and to do them better than anyone else. That is the whole menu, and that is the whole promise.
"We didn't want a vegetarian alternative. We wanted a biriyani so good, the question of veg or non-veg simply disappears."
